I waited for and hour and 20 minutes to get 5 minutes of Dr. Houdek's time only to be told that I was scheduled with the wrong doctor (despite the referral clearly stating why I was being referred), and that he didn't think they (EmergeOrtho) could help me with my knee replacement because of the complexity. Dr. Houdek himself is very good, had a professional demeanor, and was very friendly. I like him a lot, just not the EmergeOrtho system that wasted my time.
Very pleasant staff & efficient.
Had to wait about45 minutes before first stop in the process, but everyone was kind and wanted to help me feel better. Dr Houdek listened to me, had a first treatment, then a plan B if that didn’t work. I highly recommend him.
