Onky leaving one star because you cannot post without one, but the one star is not deserving. As an RN, this has to be the worst and most unprofessional group I've ever encountered from a patient perspective. The poorest communication and response from the physician up to management. The most helpful encounters I've had is with the ladies who answer the phones and send the messages back.
