Dr. Hein performed a successful orthopedic hand surgery for me. He is highly knowledgeable, takes the time to answer all questions thoroughly, and went above and beyond to accommodate my individual needs post-op. While there was a slight miscommunication between his office staff and myself, I recognize that this was not reflective of his personal care. His approachable demeanor and compassionate care made a significant difference throughout the process. I’m very grateful for his expertise and support!
Dr. Hein has been fantastic. I moved from Arizona to Seattle after having had three procedures on my right wrist and still being in pain. Dr. Hein was able to diagnosis the cause of the pain I was still having after the last surgery. He's been compassionate and listens. He's kept my chronic condition in mind during treatment so we can address the issues in my rests as they progress/occur. He takes great care of his patients before, during, and after treatment/surgery.
I sustained serious injuries on two different occasions in a span of three months, so I have had a lot of interface with Dr. Hein. I have full functionality in both of my arms, which I attribute to his skill and I feel like I was genuinely cared for by Dr. Hein pre and post surgery. He is very approachable and compassionate. I highly recommend him.
