Brought my son here for reevaluation for spinal fusion. Staff was friendly and helpful. Doctor Heck was friendly and informative.
Dr. Heck was a pleasure to meet. Their system was down but we tried to fill in gaps for him. I have been using these doctors since I was 32 years old and I am now 67. I have had just about every part of my body worked on. I have been pleased with everyone’s work at Southlake Orthopeodics. Dr. Heck was certainly was able to explain the problems that I am having and the effort to fix them.
Dr. Heck, and his assistant, Anna, and the entire staff are amazing. My visit today was just because I was concerned about some issues I was having post surgery. So they took x-rays, and then Dr. Heck came and reviewed everything and said everything was great. He went over everything. Explaining to me everything was normal. My issues go along with the healing from my surgery. So very kind concern. I left their feeling great.
