I was devastated by the way Chris treated me in my last visit. I was there to be looked at for a possible sinus infection in which he never addressed. Never once did Chris check my ears nose or theoat.I was also there to be seen for a possible UTI and he totally dismissed it and asked to see my feet. I also mentioned a employee whom was unprofessional and very strange acting and unable to do her job. This must have upset him. My experience with Christopher Harvey is very very favorable he is very thorough and covers all the basics but goes beyond. I am the type of patient that provides little feedback and doesn't ask questions. Christopher pulls the info out of me and finds solutions when I didn't know there were solutions. At 75 years old I have the faith that not only my current symptoms are handled but I am more educated on what I can do to support my health to prevent some of my genetic traits of heart and other medical as well as mental well... read more

I find Mr. Harvey to be very knowledgeable professional.\nAn all around wonderful person. He asks pertinent questions.\nAnd will ask follow up questions. The staff at Oak Street in Burton, on saginaw street.\nHave always been very nice. Sense, a stir at Oak Street.There had been a couple of hiccups, two times I had appointments, i was picked up by Oak Street ride. Christopher Harvey is a great PCP and I would highly recommend, along with all the staff at Oak Street Health in Burton, Michigan and their call center. Very professional and attentive to detail in all aspects of providing care.

Chris listens to you and helps solve any issues.You might have. He spends time with you and not rush rush rush. I just love having Chris as my doctor. I completely trust him.
