Dr. should not ask why I am there, when the ProHealth Nurse Navigator is the one who scheduled the visit in the first place.
Dr. Hake and Ryan, his genetic counselor, were both wonderful! They listened to my questions and concerns, and were genuinely caring and compassionate. They walked me through everything to help me come up with a plan I feel comfortable with, which I truly appreciate. I am so grateful to have established care with them and to know that I am in excellent hands!
Dr. was direct and informative with a sense of humor; I appreciate a doctor with a personality. Recommendations for additional screenings were made along with referrals to the recommended specialist. Specialist scheduling was very prompt after referrals. Appreciate the assistance and organized process allowing me to move forward with appropriate actions that I wish to take for my specific case. Abby and the genetic counseling team provided written information to take home and review as well as supporting documentation.
