Dr. Parsons is courteous, kind, always professional and explains everything. Prompt replies on test results, personalized phone calls - you can't hope to find any better. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Parsons for quite awhile and we would never consider going to another Infectious Disease specialist. His staff is just as friendly, efficient and courteous as he is. Thanks for keeping the "old school" empathy and treating patients with respect and dignity while being on the cutting edge of new treatments!
My favorite doctor ever and, at 84, I’ve had a lot of doctors.
Very knowledgeable. Very humble. All his advice and recommendations have been spot on. That is very important when you are dealing with infections.
For the first time in a long time, we found a doctor who doesnt rush in and rush out with patients double stacked in the waiting room! First, Miranda at the front desk was amazing. There was so much chaos in getting an order from the originating physician, getting tests done and miscommunication with others involved but she remained calm, clear and made sure everything was done correctly in getting the pre appointment procedures completed.
