What a terrific doctor! He is going to replace my hip, and he went over the x-ray with me and explained very thoroughly (in layman's terms) the apparatus he'll use to replace the hip (he had a model), what it is made of, described type of anesthesia will be used, and the details of the surgery, recuperation, and pain (and he used the word "pain," not "discomfort," bless his honest soul!) It is lovely to find a doctor who is so down-to-earth without a hint of arrogance. I feel completely safe in his hands. He likes his job an... read more

Dr. Wu clearly doesn't care about his patients. Does not have the common courtesy to call patients and speak to them like human beings. He talks down to his patients as if he is your lord and savior and you owe him a million favors for him taking time out of his precious day to come see you. Does not answer my questions, and simply ignores him. Complete and total lack of compassion and care. I feel so bad for any person that has to trust this man with their lives as he clearly does not care about any life other than his own.... read more

Thank you Kaiser Urgent Care! – I had to go to this Kaiser Urgent Care yesterday due to some extremely unpleasant, painful, and frankly embarrassing digestive issues. Every nurse, doctor, lab tech, xray tech, and pharmacist I interacted with was wonderful. I got there a few hours before they closed and finally left about an hour after closing time. Great Doctor - Horrible / Mismanaged Staff – Love my Dr but staff is very unfriendly and unprofessional. Front desk is almost "sullen" at check in and has attitude of "who cares?". Calling in to follow up as requested by Dr. is also a nightmare. "Message" gal misinterprets message - be prepared for numerous calls as the Dr.'s nurse either doesn't get the message or just doesn't return the call and personal visits to the office to get response becomes necessary. Profit only – Me: "Why was I given a generic antibiotic for my sinus infection?" Kaiser Operator: "The brand you had before is too expensive." Me: "The previous meds did a better job and had less side effects." Kaiser Operator: "They were more expensive and Kaiser has to recover it's costs and make a profit." Me: "That's not right." Kaiser Operator: "We have to make a profit someway."
Pick another office – Office staff is incompetent. Messes everything up, appointments, prescriptions, etc. Dr's. can't even remember writing a prescription for you. Office looks like it's 50 yrs old, needs a major overhaul. Front desk staff is rude with no sense of humor, and nurses are not much better. For an office that has one of the top Diabetes doctors in Spokane, this place sucks.
