My family has gone to him for a long time. But one day my dad felt dizzy chest pains and everything. Turns out he had a heart attack. After putting in a stent it seemed like he just wanted in and out of the procedure. We didn't even know he had some blockage cause we were told 'everything is fine and looks clear'
He is a great listener and explains in detail his course of treatment to where you understand in layman’s terms. There is absolutely no rush when you visit and his staff is super friendly
While admitted to Boswell Hospital, Dr. Quinn gave me an angiogram for what turned out to have been a panic attack without doing any other cardiac test other than the EKG done in the emergency room. I had a stroke during the angiogram and while still in the procedure room, Dr. Quinn was aware that I couldn’t move the left side of my body. Dr. Greenberg has been my cardiologist for almost 10 yrs. I'm very please with the care I receive from him. He always answers my questions and addresses any concerns I have. The staff is wonderful as well. Always helpful and patient with the many seniors they care for. I leave the office feeling well cared for and with the information I need.
Dr. Kates was on time and answered all questions about my A-Fib condition. Very cooperative in sending information and results to Washington State regular cardiologist.
Dr. Kates worked my husband into his very full schedule even though he was a new patient. We appreciated his attention to detail and we felt that he really cared. We changed from another cardiologist that we had gone to for over 20 years. His is a busy, well-run office, but you feel that he takes his time to deal with your issue. Dr. Kates was also highly recommended by Dr. Aspen Calkins, our PCP, and my husband's Pulmonologist's PA, Larissa Anthony. I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to write this.
Dr. Marc Kates has been my cardiologist for the past decade, and I cannot overstate how amazing he is. Dr. Kates was able to successfully diagnose and treat a complex medical issue which had been debilitating. He is an outstanding physician with extensive knowledge, compassion, and a calming demeanor. No matter how busy his office is, Dr. Kates always takes the time to listen to any concerns and recommend the best possible options. I saw Dr. Quinn late in 2021 for symptoms consistent with heart disease. I had an EKG which he said was normal, he also said my family history and slightly high cholesterol meant nothing. As symptoms have persisted I went to a different Cardiologist in September of2022, I now have two stents and feel much better and fortunate to not be a patient of Dr. Quinn.
