07.31.25 + 09.10.25 Dr. Elliott was so wonderful in caring for Mom during her stuck kidney caused sepsis requiring a 5 day stay in ER/ICU. Both surgeries were via ureter (no incision!). We will always be grateful to the amazing Dr. Elliott and staff at Santa Clara Valley Health Center Bascom.
Absolutely terrible provider with no sense of compassion. Checked on patient very quickly with less than 2 minutes. Didn’t explain and left the room. Horrible bed side manner. Also tried gaslighting to make it appear that it was the patient’s fault. Suggested unnecessary treatment and surgery. Didn’t keep their word to help the patient. Also hung up the phone on the patient.
