chocolate is not bad but the service is beyond awful. No hello, no thank you. Zero! These three stars are only for the quality of chocolate
I always come to this store and shop here regularly I been a loyal customer for a long time. But after what happened to me today, and with no intervention from any of the staff, I’ve decided I will not be coming back anyway And today I was in the restroom for about 10 minutes. A woman started banging on the door and yelling at me multiple times, saying I was taking too long. I was helped by Amanda on Tuesday and she literally is one of the nicest individuals I’ve come across. She’s alway courteous, gives great recommendations, and actually de-escalated an unhappy customers who wasn’t fully satisfied with his hot chocolate. Chocolates are amazing, but her service always let you leave with a smile and encouraging you to come back another time. 11 out of 10 stars!
Excellent service and chocolates. Would recommend the rosemary one.
