Dr. Wottowa is absolutely the BEST!! He takes time to explain the problem and your options in detail. he is also very kind. I wish all doctors were like him. My mom and my husband and myself have all had surgery by him, great doctor!
He explained what was wrong with shoulder and the differant options available to resolve issue.
