Excellent service. Doc is caring and professional.
My wife has had to see this doctor twice now for foot injuries, including a surgery, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is one of the kindest, most easy-going doctors I’ve ever met. He went out of his way to ease her mind, kept us informed with updates, and called personally to check in. Almost a year after her surgery, when she injured her foot again, he showed the same compassion and care. We are very happy with the treatment and experience—we highly recommend him.
I have been going to ROC for the past 5 years or so. All the doctors that I have seen have been amazing. Dr. Diefenbach though has been more than amazing. He is caring, understanding and goes the extra mile in explaining things to you. He takes as much time as necessary with you so you understand. He is very compassionate and so is his MA. I would recommend him and Roc in a heart beat.
