I came in around midnight on Thursday night/Friday morning after vomiting since Wednesday around 6:00 p.m., with bloody diarrhea, and horrendous stomach pain the entire time. I'd barely been able to sleep and I was miserable and crying in pain. I figured I had gastroenteritis, because I'd only eaten Taco Bell the previous day and nothing since.
