Where to begin, we had a very simple mortgage, haggling and agreement for a house. Unfortunately the problem occurred with the appraisal, lawyer, inspections and mortgage company. But fear not, Chris not only transformed into some type of mega realtor who knew how to do everyone’s job, but he was On top of them and made sure it happened quick and the right way. I highly recommend him for any type of real estate stuff, yea he talks a lot, but it’s all knowledge and will make sure everything is researched properly.
