A great doctor.! Explained everything well . Did to flawless surgeries for me. Was amazed how knowledgeable. Will recommend him to others .
Dr. Pool is an excellent surgeon and doctor. He fixed my deviated septum. I had a septoplasty done 10 years ago by a different ent. It didn't work and my septum bent back. My left nostril was completely blocked. A second septoplasty was going to be challenging because scar tissue had built up and there was the potential for perforation from lack of cartilage. I'm grateful that I went to Dr. Pool for this complicated surgery. He fixed my nose and I can breathe for the first time in 20 years. It has been life changing. The rec... read more
I had an excellent visit with Dr. Pool. I think he gave m very good advice
The office was so helpful in getting me a next day appointment (despite being a new patient) for an acute ear infection that my PCP was nervous about the correct course of treatment. Dr. Pool was friendly, informative and worked quickly to diagnose and treat me. I'll be switching ENTs as a result of this experience!
