I really like Dr. Pelzek and his staff. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer your questions/concerns. He doesn't rush you in any way and is your advocate! Some say he's arrogant. I don't think so at all. He has a quirky humorous side to him which is welcoming. I am very pleased with the results.
