Mixed reviews. My gastroenterelogist was fantastic (Dr. Flynn) - and I recommend him 1000%! But the staff at the endo/colonoscopy center at 215 address? Not so much. Day of my procedures, had one nurse poke me in two places on the right arm. She could not get a vein (she claimed my veins were 'acting up!'); she gave up. Second one came in - saying she would do it. This is the nurse anesthesiologist ... She poked me in the middle of my arm - removed the needle and said she did not like that vein!! She tried again on my wrist ... read more

Poor bedside manners from staff. Had to cancel my procedure because of it. They are not professional or organized enough. The only nice person in there is the receptionist...
The whole process was poor. Never received instructions prior to procedure. Was not given options for medication. Staff not very friendly. After having just gone through this with my mom at another group where it was a great experience, I found this practice very disappointing.
