Dr Flanagan is very thorough and professional. However, front desk staff demeanor was much to desire. When I walked in she never greeted me, "no hello," "no how can I help you". Her greeting was " what is your name?" Wow! Being the last client, she says "yahoo, glad this is the last client. She could use training in customer service skills and professionalism.
I was so comfortable with Dr. Flanagan and his team. This was a major surgery and my first in a hip replacement and they were on top of everything, from making me feel comfortable to ensuring everything was explained properly to me.
Dr. Flanagan is not only a very good doctor he is a gentleman. He has a great bedside manner. He talks to you like you really matter. Before examine my knee he asked for my permission to touch me so he could have more of an idea as to what he was dealing with. To me that. Puts him in the 10 rating. I would recommend him in a minute to anyone who has a knee problem. Just as I would the other doctors at FOI. Great place to go if you need professional and kind doctors.
