The entire process has been smooth, efficient, and thorough. I thought Dr. Flanagan's office staff was professional and inviting, and Dr. Flanagan's care and concern during his time further diagnosing my knee gave me comfort that I was in good hands. Thankful to Dr. Naran for the recommendation.

Dr Flanagan is very thorough and professional. However, front desk staff demeanor was much to desire. When I walked in she never greeted me, "no hello," "no how can I help you". Her greeting was " what is your name?" Wow! Being the last client, she says "yahoo, glad this is the last client. She could use training in customer service skills and professionalism.
