Chris Cooke disabled me with what he claimed was a "routine minimally-invasive diagnostic procedure" when I presented with a minor indistinct injury & intermittent symptoms. When I was hesitant about surgery he said "Worst case scenario it doesn't improve your condition", and went to lengths to convince me I'd be back to sport and my active lifestyle in no-time.
