I have always had pleasant experiences with Dr Connell and the office staff is great too
I had a great experience with Dr. Connell. I felt heard, and he helped put me at ease. He also did a great job breaking down all the facts for me so I could learn!
Dr Connell is a very good doctor but the rating is based on the office staff. They are inefficient, lack knowledge (I had to explain monovision to the staff attending me) they do not respond to messages for days if at all, my appointment was at 11 & I was seen at 1 & that is typical, they always blame their system being down and the atmosphere is not conducive to building trust for a patient doctor relationship. And for those reasons I am switching to another doctor. So sorry Dr Connell.
