I brought in multiple pieces of ethnic jewelry to be repaired or updated. Christopher was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable as he explained the options and cost and what could and could not be done. He was kind when I decided not to pursue one particular renovation even though he had spent half an hour figuring out a solution. I have complete confidence in his business ethics. His talent as an artist is so obvious it needs no further comment. I learned so much by this visit, as well.
Very nice and understanding. Worked quickly so that I was able to get my charm back before my trip.
