Initial impressions were good. Their workers were friendly and my son responded on the first visit to them taking x-rays and brushing his teeth well. Second visit didnt go well, they were overbooked to the point we were delayed 45 minutes and had to reschedule. Return trip, again, 30 minute wait past his appointment then they do a "simple filling" which left my son in tears because they only used local anesthetic are didnt properly numb his tooth.
