I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Liu. I took my son to get evaluated for his enlarged tonsils. I received no medical guidance and no medical direction. When I asked him what we should do, he said there were 2 options but the decision was up to me as the parent. I understand that the parents make the decision ultimately but I expected some medical expertise or input to make an informed decision and I got nothing. Not empathetic, didn’t interact well with me or my son, and was very dismissive. It was one of the weirdest interactions I’ve had with a healthcare professional. Would not recommend or return.
He is a wonderfully kind and caring doctor. He listened to all of our concerns and made sure we were informed about everything for my daughter's care.
Stayed here for my almost 2 year olds tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Staff was amazing and helpful and very thorough. 10/10!
Terrible experience! He came in with an attitude, looked at me and asked me “what can I help you with”. He CLEARLY did not read my son’s chart, else he would have known that I was there on a referral from Children’s ER, because my 13 month old son has had 5 ear infections in the past 5 months and this time in both ears with high fever of 107.
