The hip replacement surgery went perfectly. I was able to walk a little even the same day. Used a walker for 4 days. Then I didn't need a walker or a cane at home. Able to take care of myself at home without help when I came home. Completely able to do all housework, go for a short walk. The wound healed perfectly, no problems. Followed the instructions and used a re-freezable ice pack. All along, the appointments and instructions were clear. There were no scheduling messes. Dr. Cannon and the staff are very serious and prof... read more
Dr. Cannon is a Ten star in my book. I had to have a rod put in my Humerus and my experience with him his staff and Swedish was the Best. The surgery went well and I never had any pain. After a month my arm is 80%. He is a a Wonderful Surgeon!
I had a right hip replacement in 2019 and I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the results. Recovery period before I was walking was brief and I was walking strong. Still going strong with no problems whatsoever.
i had several appointments with Dr. Cannon and he eventually performed surgery on me for ostemyelitis in my leg. He was punctual, answered all the questions I had, relieved my concerns and performed the surgery well. I had a positive outcome.
Dr. Cannon replaced both of my knees (4 months apart) and I couldn't be more pleased (3 years later). I feel like he's taken 20 years off my age since I can now be active again. My incisions are barely noticeable and I've had no problems since the surgeries. These days, I ride my bike over 12 miles at a stretch and plan to hike the Camino de Santiago in 2021. His staff were equally wonderful. For the second knee replacement, his assistant went out of her way to squeeze my surgery into the schedule so I would have to wait an ... read more
A strange experience. I had gone to see him about miniscus tears in my right knee, but he spent most of the visit lecturing me about a problem with my left that he felt had been misdiagnosed (by the world’s leading authority on the problem, as it happens). As an apparent result, he refused to order the necessary MRI for the right knee, resulting in insurance’s refusing to have it performed for a year. He just seemed petty and ill-informed about a well-documented rare condition.
Wonderful fellow. Great surgeon with nice bedside manner. Left hip anterior 2 years ago and next right hip! Dr Cannon is a vet who served in the military. Very likeable
I had a tumor in my quadricep in my right thigh and was referred to a oncologist orthopedic surgeon. Dr Cannon was a Lt Col in the Army Medical Corps and as such has operated on several thousand quads. He was outstanding at removing the tumor and not injuring the quad. I would refer him without hesitation.
Dr. Cannon is fine, but his office staff are unreachable personally. Do not call back for days, and even after surgery, not for over 4-5 hours sometimes.
