Very thorough, patient, and answers my questions in a way that I can understand them. I greatly appreciate everything he does.
Dr. Shen did everything right! He prepared me for the surgery so I would know what to expect, he worked professionally and compassionately with a top-notch team, called me that evening after the surgery to check in, and had a follow up visit on the following day to answer all my questions. My eyes are amazingly improved and I’m very grateful!
