Am from the area, but live in Florida. Had hernia surgery in Fl. Two months later had to be redone, thru doctor negligence. Two years later was in need of same surgery in another area. Opted to wait until visiting my family homestead in Clayville, to find a competent surgeon there .. several longtime friends recommended Dr. Max & I scheduled with him. Dr. Max is amazing!! I had my gallbladder out and I feel great. I finally have a normal life again with no pain at all and able to eat without feeling sick all the time. Very minimal scarring. Highly recommend Dr. Max.

Received excellent care from Dr. Max and his surgical and office teams.
Wonder doctor and caring person. Underwent carotid vascular surgery and he was compassionate throughout it all. Did a fantastic job and the people working with him are also great! Would recommend Dr. Max to one and all. All in his group are easy to work with and very helpful.
