I don't see how Dawn ( an office worker) has the power to dictate my meds level, the power to dismiss me as a patient if I complain about her (this is what she told me) and is constantly making light of my condition telling me it's "not as bad as you are letting on." She has everyone terrified to report her, too.
The first doctor to really listen. The wait is long but worth it
Dr Laganke is amazing Dr and friend very knowledgeable and caring I just meet him in May and I hope he will be around for years to come and his staff is the bomb they are right on time with the infusion center if you are ready they are ready
I have been waisting away from an undiagnosed neuromuscular disease since Jan 2017. I was misdiagnosed by Laganke in Feb. My condition deteriorated quickly and he has let me decline despite cry's for help. He is only an m.s. specialist. They don't know about neuromuscular diseases. The nurses are rude . My wife was yelled at by the nurses on the phone as she pleaded for help. My wife said" so I guess my husband is just going to die?" The nurse said I guess so. Stay away if you don't have m.s.
You will never find a more caring and dedicated doctor than Dr. LaGanke.
I thank God that i met him at a seminar and he accepted me and he has given me some great treatment unlikely what my other doctor didn't, and he listens and go over everything with you
I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering with MS. When my neurologist retired I decided it was time to see if I could get in his Clinic even though it's a hundred and fifty miles away. I was almost to the point of not walking. I was constantly falling and when I feel through a flat screen TV I decided it was time for a change . A year later I am back on my feet and more active and in much less pain. My number one love of Dr laganke is his love of God and giving God the credit.
Horrible staff that answer phone. Refuse to make referred pt an appt (referred by neuro, have confirmed musc dyst and registered w muscular dystrophy database as confirmed patient w MD diagnosis). Was referred for treatment and eval of other possible Musc dyst issues. people that answer phone refuse to make appt. shocking
I am very happy with Dr LeGanke and his entire staff. I was misdiagnosed until seeing him. Very caring Doctor. His nurse practitioner, Kim is awesome too!
