The surgery team including Dr. Chang at Congressional Plastic Surgery were superb! Amazing team made me feel at ease and comfortable for my procedure. I wanted Dr. Chang to weigh in my decision because I trust his experience and knowledge. I saw 2 other surgeons before deciding to go with Dr.Chang. He is a perfectionist and knows his stuff. I am still recovering but already loving the results. Highly recommend Dr. Chang and Kelly, the nurse anesthetist, she is the best!
