Congressional Plastic Surgery is hands down the best. Dr. Chang and Dr. Jenny are an incredibly skilled surgeons; my results look completely natural and there isn’t a scar in sight. I feel like a younger version of myself! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, making the whole process feel like being with family. Everyone that has seen my results asks for their info!
I can't recommend Dr Chang enough. He is a perfectionist, and if you follow his guidance and post op directions, you will be thrilled with the results.
I consult with Dr. Chang due to my preference for physician-administered Botox treatments. I value his exceptional skill in achieving a naturally refreshed appearance, which alleviates my concerns regarding the unnatural aesthetic sometimes associated with Botox.
Dr. Jenny is fantastic. She has a sharp eye, is very communicative of the process from beginning to end and performs fantastic results. I would highly recommend Dr.Jenny. Thank you!
