Zero stars. Worked with Jamie out of Colorado and a new underwriter who when speaking to you sounded like they were just waking up. Complaints are appraised the wrong home, bait and switch on terms, replaced themselves on our insurance and eliminated the main paper holder. Horrible, went with another company and closed the same week. Avoid this company at all costs.
