First time seen at this practice by Dr Betz. Went in for shoulder pain and he took xrays, told me I had no arthritis and there was nothing he could see causing my pain. I asked about a shot and he said they only work about 30%. (Would have been better than nothing). I had to ask for PT. I went one time for PT at that office and the therapist couldn't understand why he made absolutely no notes on my chart. Now I know what gaslighting means. Getting my xrays and going elsewhere. Dr. Betz repaired my knee. The surgery was a huge success and I returned to normal activity sooner than expected. I’m very happy with the entire process from the pre surgical consultations to post-op follow-ups. This is a great practice and Dr. Betz is a great surgeon.

As a retired professional athlete, I want to make two things clear right off the bat: 1. I’ve spent my life pushing my body far beyond its limits. 2. I don’t always listen when doctors tell me to take it easy. Gave us approximately 3 minutes of his time and did not give a physical exam after an injury. Told us the same thing the ER doctor did when xrays were taken initially... went for another opinion and was told my daughter broke her collarbone!! He was going to have us wait 2 weeks for a new xray! Can't forget the fact that my daughter was nervous and shy... he said "well I'm not the one paying to see me." Oh?
