Multiple issues with Dr. Bergeron's practice: 1.5-hour wait times, billing errors for services not received, and zero follow-up after tests. Staff don't return calls, and I was charged recently for a nasal endoscopy I never had. I was scheduled for a second sleep study without discussing the first study's results. Same pattern with hearing loss - sent for testing with no follow-up or next-steps discussion. Poor communication and lack of continuity forced me to find new care. Cannot recommend.
