His office phone is never answered, busy signals for hrs, messages not answered. When central scheduling calls same results so they send inter office email, still no response. This was after going to the ER. MY wife saw him once, set up surgery, felt comfortable with him. BUT the office representative sucks.
Dr. Bechtel is very kind and very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
Dr. Betchel has always been very thorough, and given me the information I need to make the best decision for my care. He is supportive and encouraging as well as honest and forthright on the best courses of action. His bedside manner is amazing and I would recommend him to all of my family and friends.
Excellent surgeon.
