Great doctors and easy to schedule appointments.
Very nice and helpful.
Excellent experience. Dealing with a pressing tendon problem in my wrist. Got in to see Dr Baumbach who immediately identified the problem, recommended a home care program (wrist brace and exercise program) and recommended my next step if not improved in a few weeks. In addition, the receptionist for Dr Thury (our regular doctor) was most helpful in getting me scheduled for an appointment on another matter.
I was a walk in for vaccines. Was told at checkin that reception needed an order , which I obtained, then she “put me on schedule” after confirming no one knew what to do. Waited over 20 minutes until I approached desk at H when told it would be “nice to know you’re here”, when I inquired what I checked in at the front for, how did she not know I was here? Then she left to back and came back with no answer. I got up and left drove to Tea and immediately received my vaccinations! Horrible customer service at this location!!
