Location is perfect, well managed and maintained. I loved my stay here, relocated to a different city cause of work.
Christopher Arms is so charming! The building is always clean, quiet, and safe. Tony is terrific, Munya is magnificent, and Jewel is a true gem! Thank you so much for all your hard work.
I lived in this building back in the late 70's and just loved it there. Lived in #307.I worked up the street at Edmonton Motors so it was ideal. It was always kept so clean and lovely and loved the idea of the laundry room on all 4 floors. :) The back had an area for the tenants to barbeque and get some sun. It was beautifully laid out in the back area. I remember the livingroom being so huge. I was single and living alone at the time and felt safe.
The management team is fabulous. Our move-in experience was so great. The building is clean, secure, and quiet. There is a laundry room on each floor. The rent prices are reasonable. Spacious suites AND there are even additional storage rooms available to rent (which are very convenient and offer less clutter in your suite). The location is amazing too.
