Went there with a Groupon for a massage, manicure, and pedicure. Service was fantastic. Massage was phenomenal and she did a great job on my nails. Definitely returning soon

NOT A SPA! The hour long facial was only 37 minutes. The room and bed was so small my feet had to wedge against the dirty wall. Deep cleaning facial does NOT include manual extraction, that's $10 extra. Which is someone squeezing your skin, no hot towel or extraction tools. What a joke. Took pics of the dirty closet I was stuck in if I can figure out how to upload them.

Loved getting my nails done! Kim is the best and puts a special touch on her work :) she's knowledgeable and really loves doing what she does, and it shows! Great customer service and an easy time rescheduling when the esthetician was sick. Definitely have a new regular customer!

Extremely poor service. I was waiting for more than an hour for the mani pedi, despite having an appointment. The nail polish that they claimed was similar to shellac chipped overnight. The room where they have the facial is claustrophobically small. Plus they wanted to charge $10 more for removing black heads (which is pretty standard with all facials elsewhere). And the massage time that they have is for a swedish massage. If you want a deep tissue, it's half the time. Plus after all this they actually had the gall to give... read more
