I wish I would have met him sooner. I've had shoulder problems for a while. Had surgery with another "top doctor" and that wasn't successful. Went to Dr. Potts and just fell in love with his bedside manner. I ended up with a reverse shoulder replacement. He truly cares for his patients. He has compassion and humor and speaks to you like a friend. I won't ever go anywhere else. Logan, his PA is so good and follows up on everything she says she's going to do.
