I bought a christopher Alan home and worked with Alex as their sales rep. The process with smooth and fair & what they offered in compared to its competition they made the most sense. I have also had to go through their warranty company and they got back to me quickly.
Alex made the purchase of my new Chris Allen home quick and Easy he was able to help me with ever step though the process
Update: Christopher Allen Holmes sent a lawyer to tell me that all of this is my fault and the city backed him up. Nothing was done. The rules and regulations don’t apply to construction companies only to property owners My property is flooded and has been for 2 1/2 months. This review is specifically about Dan Jacobs, the Super assigned to my property. I bought a new build in Palm Bay, having moved from Massachusetts and have never lived in a single family home before.
