Unfortunately, I am leaving a negative review for Christopher Alan. We were on a search for starter home. I had a 2 year old and was pregnant up until we moved and settled into this home we’re currently in. The first night we slept in the home, our Ceiling Installed A/C unit wasn’t delivering air. We came from Satellite Beach and unfortunately moved everything into this home. Since our realtor recommended this home. (Also….it is a newly constructed home.) We had to sleep in hot conditions. We love our house! Dan Jacobs, our home’s construction manager, was amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail of the house! We would absolutely work with him again.
Drove 90 minutes to meet with Alex at a model house at 2174 Emerson Dr Palm Bay FL before (supposedly) going to see the houses Christopher Allen has available in the area. Our appt was made 3 days ago. We arrive after the 90 min drive & Mr Alex is double booked & not taking me to see the houses we drive up there to see. This was very inappropriate bc my time is not to be wasted then act like this is part of the game. Want my business? Treat me as such not an after thought. We went with CAH because of their floor plans. Alex was great and very helpful even when our first deal fell through. We have recommended CAH 3 times since we closed on 6/18. Thanks an again CAH.
