Dr. Prato does not rush the appointment. He will explain the condition and the treatment options. I certainly recommend him.
The doctor may be just fine but it has literally been two months of leaving voice mails to try to get the surgery order to be scheduled and we still have never received a call back. I try to call and they insist on transferring to the "scheduler" and say she is "in the office" but all you get is the black hole of voice mail. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results so I'm out ... going to find another doctor and start over now.
I had to have a Hip Arthroscopy performed and had came to Dr. Prato after months of pain and getting nowhere with the current ortho doc I was seeing. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and was completely honest about what to expect. He is by far the best Ortho Doc I have ever met.
Great physician with terrific bedside manner. Very knowledgeable and help me get back to playing ball.
