I have had several appointments with Dr. Nardone over the past several years and he has always been highly professional and pleasant. His staff are very helpful.
We moved from Arizona, Dr Nardone has been very professional, listened, and we are very pleased with him. He is very knowledgeable and he coordinates with the heart folks at University of Rochester nicely, to manage my husbands care.
Office staff is a flock of KARENS behind smoked glass sliding glass. Not at all friendly. I did not agree with their thoughts...they/she/it told Nardon that I was rude. Bottom line they/he said find another DR. For the best.
Excellent in all respects. He is highly knowledgeable, very thorough and explains issues very well. Office staff are very helpful and friendly.

Seems knowledgeable and likely competent, however, condescending demeanor and attitude is off-putting and blocks hims from fully listening to his patients. Practice is good but would choose to go to another one of the doctor's instead of him next time.
We are switching cardiologists. Dr. Nardone never spent time with us. He did one test, said all was well, and sent us on our way. He never looked any further. The office also ordered a sleep apnea test and never called us back with the results. Four weeks later, we called and found the results to be severe. No office follow through. We ended up going to a specialist who found the heart problem and treated us with respect. Don't waste valuable time with this doctor.
