We hired Chris Deao to upgrade the remaining knob-and-tube wiring in our 115-year-old house. Of the 3 electricians who bid on the job, Chris was the only one who went through the entire house identifying the circuits that would be affected, and was the only one who said he would pull a permit to do the job.
