Christone were great. The staff is friendly and helpful. In general, it's hard to find a property management company like this that truly cares, like they do. I really can't say enough positive things about Christone. Every concern I have is taken care of quickly and I never feel as if I'm asking too much. They were always kind and accommodating. Fast response times. I'm just so happy that there's this professional team around.
Chris Mendola and his team are professional, trustworthy and found the perfect tenant for their property. It would be hard to trust another management company. I would highly recommend Christone Enterprises to anyone searching for property management. They have made the process easy for my family and I from finding a home, to applying and moving in! I am now transferring to rent a larger property, and will go through Christone properties for my new place. I highly recommend Christone if you’re looking to rent.
