I was driving in the area looking for a place to stay and the property at this particular location is HIDEOUS! The address is 471 Ponderosa Ave...after seeing all the weeds, about 3 feet tall and other things I've noticed, I will look else where. It's really sad for this property to look like this but I'm sure the rent better b paid...ON TIME and IN FULL! not only the weeds, but the trees in the front, and the weeds growing in between the cracks on the side walks and the trash. worst property management ever. Their tenants trash overflows, little kids running the neighborhood unsupervised, shooting off fireworks for weeks at a time. Do you ever check out your buildings on Howard?
Our AC unit went out yesterday. I called the maintenance overnight number. Roger stated his HVAC guys were already out and wouldn’t get to my home. He stated that he needed to contact the owner before they could come to look at the unit. I informed Rodger it was 85 degrees in my home and that the next few days is a heat advisory. I also explained it was imperative some type of resolution is given until the HVAC person can come as I’m pregnant and have a young child. 04/26/2021 Due to lack of proper quality control, I was served by a process server with notice that I had to vacate my apartment unit. As the server produced loudly and repeatedly on my glass storm door, I was left shaken for well over an hour afterward due to his conduct. Thankfully, I suffered no ill effects.
