I have a 6000 square foot TPO roof on my business. Scott was recommended to me by my contractor to inspect the roof as it was very poorly "replaced" by a previous roofer. Scott was very honest about what was and wasn't done correctly. He was also clear about the cost of needed materials, what they were for, and the process that would happen as the roof was replaced. Christofferson's Construction is a certified GAF roofing company and they were so helpful in analyzing and suggesting a course of action to address our ventilation problems. We have 10 buildings in our HOA and they came promptly from Helena, got on the roofs, surveyed the attics, and shared a course of action with GAF. This was on a Sunday when he was so busy taking care of damaged homes resulting from a high wind storm that we had on 12/17/25.
