I had finally had enough of my swamp cooler, especially with hotter and hotter summers. Our house doesn't have any ductwork, and every bid I got was really high, and they would have had to rip a lot of holes into our house. Nate came up and gave an excellent bid to put in a split system which fit right in with the swam cooler ductwork. They also were half the price of all the other bids. Our AC started acting up intermittently during some July 100°F days. I gave Christoffersen a call and they were able to come look at it much quicker than I expected. Their tech, Martin, was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I explained what I'd tried fixing and he quickly ran some diagnostics and found the issue. In under an hour he had a new part installed, checked the system over and we were up and running again. Price was reasonable, service was quick and professional.
Jacob and Gavin were great, they helped find the cause of a faulty system and were very attentive of addressing small details along the way.
Christoffersens has been very easy to work with. I've done two different projects that needed work, a minisplit and an A/C with ductwork, and both times they provided me a quote up front and had it done within a few days.
Can't reccomend these guys enough! I got quotes from several companies and these guys were the only honest company. Everyone else wanted to replace everything for $20,000+. These guys found my furnace just needed a new motor for a few hundred bucks. When it comes time to replace everything their quote was significantly more affordable than the big companies with the wrapped vans. For the same furnace too! Stay away from the wrapped van companies like Yes! and mountain valley, Just call Christofferson. They treat you fairly.
