Within 10 minutes of my call, they had a technician at my door to check out my AC. Martin, the tech, was down to earth, honest (no upselling), and just got straight to the issue. He even got down and dirty cleaning the AC coil and came prepared with a new filter on hand. Fast, professional, and reliable service. I’m a happy customer and won’t hesitate to call them again if I need anything in the future!
These guys are great. They booked us an appointment ASAP in June when it was busy. They came out and diagnosed what was actually wrong with our system. Another local company told us it was the capacitor and they wanted to charge us $250 for a part that could be purchased on Amazon for $20, the capacitor tested fine. They wired the new transformer I had purchased off Amazon and recharged our system all for $145, including the service call. Polite and knowledgeable repairman showed up on time and ran some tests and had our A/C working great in no time. The cost was less than half of what the other company wanted and didn’t require as many parts as we were told by the other company. Less guessing and more knowledgeable experience! I highly recommend Christoffersen!
Honest, ethical and very knowledgeable - especially the ownership there. I'm not convinced they're the cheapest in the valley but they're on the lower end of cost and the service and trust you get with them is well worth any added cost! I have had many positive experiences with Christofferson, most recently they fixed my broken AC compressor for just labor cost as they called the manufacturer to argue with them that it was under warranty! Awesome stuff.
After calling all around town with no luck finding my furnace part, I called this company and spoke with Chris. He immediately called his distributor and had my part available at his office in an hour. He kindly answered all questions and offered tips to get the part installed easily. I highly recommend this company.
