We had Christofferson Heating and Air come out to service our furnace before winter. They were on time, super friendly, and efficient in getting the work done. Afterwards they gave details on the work they did and took time to answer all our questions. They also installed our a/c a few years ago and have been great every time. We will definitely continue working with them and would highly recommend them.
I've used this company multiple times because they were prompt and affordable. I contacted them for an A/C unit hit by a riding lawnmower. I called the number attached to the google listing. A man answered and said it was his personal number and "what do you want?" He was driving and very distracted but managed to say my need would have to wait until the following day. They came really quick, resolved the issue timely, and feels like fair reasonable price as well, would def use them again when needed
Within 10 minutes of my call, they had a technician at my door to check out my AC. Martin, the tech, was down to earth, honest (no upselling), and just got straight to the issue. He even got down and dirty cleaning the AC coil and came prepared with a new filter on hand. Fast, professional, and reliable service. I’m a happy customer and won’t hesitate to call them again if I need anything in the future!
These guys are great. They booked us an appointment ASAP in June when it was busy. They came out and diagnosed what was actually wrong with our system. Another local company told us it was the capacitor and they wanted to charge us $250 for a part that could be purchased on Amazon for $20, the capacitor tested fine. They wired the new transformer I had purchased off Amazon and recharged our system all for $145, including the service call.
