The dr. Told me to lower my expectations on 20minute appointment time I did have 2 questions can't get ahold of office. On hold 9 minutes then when someone did answer they put me right back on hold. I have a lot of specialist as I have a lot of health issues, however none ever told me they had 20 minutes allotted appointment times.. I am definitely changing primary

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zapata. A rare gem in the medical profession, Dr. Zapata takes his time and listens to you and gives you what you need. You can tell he really cares and his wealth of knowledge allows him to sit and explain things to you in a way that you can understand. My grandmother raved about him so I switched over and it was the best decision I ever made. Now I have my son coming to him as well. His office is clean, and his staff is kind. If I could give him more stars, I would!

I became a patient of Dr. Zapata upon the departure of my previous primary care physician. I feel very fortunate to have been transitioned to Dr. Zapata. I leave my appointments with him very pleased with his medical knowledge as well as his way of communicating information to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Zapata to any new patient.
