Christines catered a "morning after" brunch for my daughters wedding and it was absolutely wonderful. We didnt make it easy, she had to travel a long ways and our headcount kept changing but she kept up with it all, served a delicious brunch of salmon, salads, quiche etc, and cleaned up everything as well. I would most highly recommend her. Thank you again Christines Cuisine !
I attended a benefit for the Pagosa Mt. Hospital where Christines Cuisine was one of the vendors. Her food was awesome!! She served over 250 people and the event helped to raise over \$10,000.00 for the hospital. Thank you Christine, your the best!
Christine catered our wedding in June of 2009. She served chicken that was undercooked (very pink and at least one portion raw);steak that was completely raw (light grill marks on one side, NO grill marks on the other, and blueish red in the middle); failed to provide some agreed to services, and attempted to charge for 50% more people than attended the event. Her company was a large black wart on what was otherwise a beautiful event.My advice is to hire a professional and stay away from Christines.
Christines catered a wedding I attended in Mar 09 at Winslow on the Shire, and the food was delicious from the appetizers to the final teasing of dessert! I highly reccommend Christines!!
