Horrible Service I was looking for a specific dress and called the store ahead of time to see if they had the dress. the older lady who answered the phone told me they "had way too many dresses for her to even begin to look through them all for that specific dress" and that I would have to come in. I found it pretty hard to believe that they wouldn't even have an inventory of the dresses they carry. My mom went to the store for me to see if they had the dress. For price and selection nobody was better. I can't say enough about how great my experience was with Christine's. I shopped around everywhere possible in US and Canada within 100 miles and for price and selection nobody was better.
Go somewhere else. Three of six bridesmaids were measured for one, or even two, sizes too big. Luckily our awesome bride called and had them switched, although the nasty ladies insisted they measured for the correct sizes. One bridesmaid tried the sample dress, a size 10 which fit like a glove, and was ordered a 12...? We went to pick them up today and the sizes our bride had changed fit perfectly. Not worth your time! Maybe this is from watching too much "Say Yes to the Dress" but i as expecting shopping for my wedding dress to be a much different experience than what I found at this store. I had called and made an appointment there, when me and my mother got there we were not greeted by anyone, another customer had to tell us that everything was upstairs. ALL WAS GOOD! I did not get my wedding dress from Christine's but we did get all of the bridesmaid dresses there and everyone was happy with the price and service. Other then a few minor adjustments, the alterations were perfect.. ALL WAS GOOD!

Stress free experience! After visiting several bridal shops it was a pleasure to find Christines. They helped to make my wedding a special day.
Go anywhere else Don't waste your time. I made an appointment and came in with my mother and sister. There were no other customers in the store, and the owner and her daughter were upstairs. When one finally came down, I introduced myself and told her we had an appointment. She rolled her eyes and said to go right upstairs. The place is outdated, dirty, and musty smelling. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL GET A BETTER DEAL AND BETTER TREATMENT. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR WORK ETHIC. LOW STANDARDS. UNFAIR ADDED FEES - Actually it is not the cheaper choice of shops, especially if you consider substandard treatment, and lack of effort to communicate or provide a good product.
