Horrible scheduling experience. I work in the area and was due to go in for a 3 PM appointment but then got bombarded with calls to push my appointment up. Yes I need the care, but to have you pestering me during my working hours to push up my appointment due to no specific reason given I guess I'll schedule elsewhere.
