Security deposit is as good as gone. They expect the house extremely spotless. If you have the wrong finish of paint for touch ups they charge $450. $250 for the white glove inspection if they find any dust. They will say they approve of a certain condition and then charge you for it in the end. Beware.
Upon moving to the South I was hesitant about a lot of things but Christine Weber's realtor company and especially agent Ms Naomi made everything seem like a cakewalk..
